Republican leaders have already begun jockeying for their party's 2016 presidential nomination, starting with the tearing down of 2012's failed candidate Mitt Romney.
Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, a perpetual 'rising star' in the Republican party who stumped for Romney during the campaign, blasted the former Massachusetts governor for comments in which he blamed his loss to U.S. President Barack Obama on "gifts" the president gave to minorities, young people and women.
